Realtors must be pleased with the 2012 season, as houses both big and small, pricey and moderate seem to be selling. The house is relatively new, built in 1998 by Sunningdale Construction. From the pictures it appears to have a dramatic foyer, elegant rooms, spacious kitchen and lovely pool.
