The Committee for Historic Preservation will consider applications to demolish four Scarsdale homes at their pre-holiday meeting on Tuesday night December 22 at 8 pm.
Poised for the wrecking ball are the following four homes:
61 Franklin Road built in 1962: On .46 acres
20 Claremont Road built in 1920: On .6 acres: Currently listed for $1,100,888
14 Reimer Road, built in 1923: On 1.32 acres: Previously listed for $3,350,000
1 Burgess Road, built in 1962: On .54 acres. Currently listed for $1,340,000
Anyone with information as to the historic nature of the homes or possible reasons to preserve them is encouraged to attend the meeting.
