New Homes and Subdivisions on the Agenda at Village Hall

The Board of Architectural Review and the Planning Board will both meet next week to discuss applications from builders and residents.
Here's what's on their agendas:
The BAR will meet on Monday night February 22 at 7:30 pm to review many proposed projects. On the list are plans for new homes at:
- 31 Murray Hill Road
- 32 Fenimore Road
- 1025 Post Road
- 1023 Post Road
- 18 Heathcote Road
- 37 Brookby Road
- 14 Reimer Road
- 96 Morris Lane
At the Planning Board meeting on Wednesday night February 24, the board will consider potential subdivisions at 20 Claremont Road, and 54 Park Road. The Park Road application would require two variances: the first to create a flaglot, which was prohibited by Village code in the 1980's. In addition, the property lacks the necessary road frontage for two homes and would need a variance for that as well. The Planning Board will also set fees for subdivisions previously approved at 35 Brookby Road and 11 Carstensan Road.
