The Vernon Hills Shopping Center on the border of Eastchester and Scarsdale has been purchased by the Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp for over $125 million, according to Westfair. 

The shopping center, located at 700 White Plains Road has 380,000 square feet of retail and office space and includes tenants such as West Elm, Starbucks, The Gap, Barnes and Noble, Brooks Brothers, Banana Republic as well as NY Presbyterian and Columbia Medical.

Lord and Taylors on the north end of the shopping center is a separate property.

Other Ashkenazy properties include Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston, Union Station in Washington DC, Barneys in New York and Los Angeles and the mall at Cross County in Yonkers.
