Halloween Window Painting Award Winners

7th Grader Yunong Lin took the Grand PrizeScarsdale is awash in color after the annual window painting event on Sunday October 15. Young artists were huddled around retail windows creating al fresco works of art – with comic, political and Halloween themes.
