New Board of Governors Elected at Scarsdale Golf Club

The Scarsdale Golf Club is pleased to announce its newly elected Board of Governors. In the spring of 2012, this Board will oversee the grand opening of the new North Complex with new amenities to include a 2,800 square foot state of the art fitness center with training and massage services, new women’s locker room, an indoor golf training area, a day camp activity center, new children’s pool, and an adult pool deck with bar and food service. The North Complex project completes a ten year strategic plan designed to enhance the Club experience for all its members.
It began with the renovation and expansion of the historic main Clubhouse, it’s indoor and outdoor dining facilities and a new men’s locker room. The second stage was improvements to the tennis and paddle tennis complex and the bowling alley . The strategic plan also included renovation of all greens and sand traps, updated fairway sprinkler and drainage systems, the addition of two new golf holes as well as a dedicated short game practice area and driving range.
