Scarsdale recorded 28 closed sales with an inventory of 58 single-family homes (William Pitt's market report). The most recent market report shows an average of 49 days on market, though many properties are trading more quickly, especially in high-demand segments. Edgemont, by contrast, had 8 single-family sales with just 20 homes in inventory. Homes there averaged 30 days on market, though results can vary widely given the smaller pool of listings. Overall, both markets remain tight on supply, supporting prices and competition, with Scarsdale generally moving faster than national averages and Edgemont showing a more mixed pace depending on price and property condition.
