Arquz reportedly had trouble following simple directions and answering questions in English, so a Spanish-speaking officer was dispatched to translate. She was asked to perform field sobriety tests and refused. A breath sensor test, which Arquz agreed to take, indicated the presence of alcohol on her breath.
